My Dad was a guitarist and my parents lived in a very small one bedroom Forest Service flat.

Dad played his guitar either beside my bassinet in the lounge or when I was asleep close by in the  bedroom.

By the time I was big enough to hold his guitar, which I still have, I was “ borrowing”  it when he was at work.

I was given my 1st guitar for my twelfth birthday and Dad taught me to play.
